Limitation of liability
The buyer acknowledges that all products purchased from the seller are not intended for human consumption, but are intended as raw materials for crafts. The buyer accepts that any consumption or preparation for consumption of goods sold by the seller is a misuse of said goods, and that the seller will not be held responsible for any resulting consequences or damages.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to store the goods offered by the seller in a secure location that is not accessible to minors.
We do not take responsibility for any changes made to the products or product features by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, customs delays, or diminished or non-delivery from suppliers.
Purchase
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about the products, price, billing address, and delivery address.

Delivery
Our normal delivery time is 2–6 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

The shipping companies we work with are PostNL, DPD, and DHL Express.
Pricing
All prices on the website are stated in EUR. VAT is calculated and applied according to the destination country and applicable tax regulations.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, incorrect pricing information, or other errors. We reserve the right to adjust prices where necessary.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received your order.
When using your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notification should be sent to
contact@euroscent.eu.
Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which goods the return concerns.
You must return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products during the return. Products should therefore be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product if the product has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been sealed due to health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken.
- Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically to you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
- Services that have been fully provided and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.
- Goods that can quickly deteriorate.
Claims and complaints
We inspect all products before they are shipped. If a product is damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
A complaint must be made as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.

If we are unable to fix the issue or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not considered defective under applicable consumer protection legislation.

We do not guarantee that product images always accurately reflect the exact appearance of the products, as color differences may occur depending on screen settings, photo quality, and resolution.
