How do you use aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy can be used in different ways, such as inhaling essential oils, applying them to the skin, or using diffusers, candles, and other aromatic products. It is commonly used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve mood, and support overall wellness.
Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands using PostNL, DPD and DHL Express.
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes, we currently ship to the UK for orders up to 2 kg to help avoid additional import fees.
For larger orders, we recommend placing multiple smaller orders.
We handle all export documentation, but delivery times may vary due to customs processing after Brexit. Unfortunately, customs delays are outside our control.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during checkout or update it in your account settings.
Do you deliver directly to mailboxes?
Yes, orders shipped with home delivery or agent delivery are usually delivered directly to your mailbox, depending on the package size and local delivery conditions.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately, we do not offer local pickup.
Ordering
Is there an age limit?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You may return unopened and sealed products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept card payments, direct bank transfers, and Revolut.
